What You Bring To The Table:

As a Senior Digital Media Planner (Human), you take on the strategic and operational responsibility for digital campaigns and budgets and actively develop our customers within the framework of annual strategies and pitches.

• Digital Campaign Planning: You are responsible for the implementation of digital measures from planning to finalization. You think holistically and coordinate closely with our channel experts for Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, and E-Commerce.
• Market & Media Observation: Meanwhile, you observe market and media developments and derive recommendations for placements, formats, and targeting from them.
• Stakeholder Management: You manage the exchange with consulting, marketers, channel experts, and campaign management.
• Offer & Cooperation Evaluation: You request and evaluate offers, cooperations, and special advertising forms.
• Terms Management & Budget Responsibility: Through close exchange with the investment team, you ensure the best conditions for our customers. At the same time, you are responsible for the entire digital budget of your customers through detailed annual forecasts.
• Strategy & Pitch Development: You develop existing and new customers within the framework of pitches and annual strategies through innovative concepts and ideas.

What Sets You Apart:

• Education: You have a completed degree or training in marketing, media, business, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in planning or consulting digital media campaigns.
• Technical Expertise: You are well-versed in common planning tools as well as relevant media terms and online KPIs.
• Tools & Number Affinity: You combine very good Excel skills with an analytical mindset and a high standard of quality.
• Work Style: High structure, resilience, and independence, as well as clear communication and team spirit, characterize you.
• Language Skills: Very good German skills in speech and writing complete your profile.
