We are offering a sign on 2-month performance bonus. If you drop 3 vehicles your first week you will receive an additional $500. If you drop 6 vehicles in your first month, you'll earn an additional $1,000. If you drop 8 vehicles in your 2nd month, an additional $2,000. That's a potential $3,500 on top of your commission per vehicle! These numbers are NOT difficult to achieve.

• We Care Auto Hail Repair is a business locally owned & operated in DFW, TX. We are a rapidly growing auto paintless dent repair company. We pride ourselves on being a social, positive, customer-centric and supportive culture. We are a supportive team.
• We provide a service called P.D.R. paintless dent repair. A state-of-the-art technique to repair hail damaged automobiles. Our mission is to help our community repair and restore their beloved vehicles back to showroom floor quality after a devastating hailstorm.
• Our company is looking for multiple motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers. As a Sales Rep. you will be working outside (not in a cubicle) informing them of our ZERO out of pocket P.D.R. program. That's correct it doesn't cost the customer anything! So, you're not selling anything but you're providing a service that helps your customers. After you set an appointment a manager will look at the vehicle and close the deal for you.This is an opportunity you can be proud of and stand behind. It's easy to sign up customers when you believe in the company, technique, and service you're providing.

• JOB DESCRIPTION:

  Looking for sales reps with or without sales experience. As a PDR sales rep you will be the liaison between the customers and the insurance company to make the claim and repair process go smooth. We will provide training and a phone . The phone will have apps that will help you locate damaged vehicles and track the areas you have worked. We offer top commision percentage. Bi-weekly pay per car. Performance bonuses. duties include:

  Generate leads daily.

  Attend weekly meeting in office.

  Follow up on leads via in person, phone calls, or emails.

  Setting up rentals for customers.

  Help customers with filing the claim with the insurance company.

  Schedule pickup and drop offs of vehicles.

  Come up with creative ways to generate new customers.

  QUALIFICATIONS:

  Valid driver's license.

  Ability to read, and write.

  Extremely reliable and responsible person.

  Highly motivated self starter.

  Willing to learn.

  Strong customer service skills.

  A passion to succeed and a strong personal drive.
