Marketing Intern

Ardmore Home Design (AHD), founded in 2008, is a privately owned, fast-paced, founder-led entrepreneurial company where we value people with strong skills to make our products and processes better every day. We design, sell, and distribute luxury home décor globally to interior designers and boutique/luxury retailers. The AHD family of wholesale brands includes Made Goods (flagship furniture made from unique materials), Pigeon & Poodle (home and bath accessories), Blue Pheasant (handcrafted tabletop products) and Burton James (luxury upholstered furniture).

The Marketing Intern will support the Marketing team with a variety of content management, administrative, and project coordination responsibilities throughout the summer. This internship provides hands-on exposure to digital marketing, public relations, content management, and cross-functional project support within a fast-paced environment.

What you can do for us:

• Support the Marketing team with day-to-day administrative and project coordination tasks.
• Review, organize, scan, and upload press coverage and media placements for inclusion on company websites and marketing materials.
• Maintain accurate records of press mentions, publications, and related marketing assets.
• Partner with the Digital Marketing Coordinator to draft and edit social media captions and supporting content.
• Support Project Managers with administrative tasks, project tracking, and follow-up activities.
• Help organize marketing files, presentations, and documentation.
• Assist with marketing research and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; as well as reach with hands and arms.
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.
• Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions.
• Required to use stairwells to attend meetings and engage with employees on multiple floors throughout building.

Starting base pay: $20.00 per hour. This is a temporary summer internship position. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
