Receiver

Location: Beverly, MA
Pay Rate: $23.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Duration: Temp-to-Perm

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receiver to join our team in Beverly, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving incoming products, sorting and labeling materials, processing documentation, and ensuring parts are routed appropriately for inspection and quality control. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse, receiving, or logistics experience looking to grow with a stable organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming products and materials from suppliers
• Sort, label, and organize incoming parts
• Print internal and external labels according to company and customer requirements
• Move received products to the appropriate receiving inspection area
• Scan and file required documentation, including Certificates of Conformance (COCs) and packing slips
• Coordinate priorities between the warehouse and receiving departments
• Maintain accurate records within company databases
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements

Qualifications

• Previous receiving, warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience preferred
• Ability to understand and follow department and company procedures
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills for scanning and document management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for the entire scheduled shift
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, squat, twist, and climb as needed
• Ability to perform medium-duty work and move objects weighing up to 30 lbs

Additional Information

• Background check required
• 4-panel drug screen required (THC is not a disqualifier)
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to work in compliance with ITAR regulations
