Warehouse Associate / Pick & Pack Worker

Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Raynham, MA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Openings: 3 Positions Available

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates / Pick & Pack Workers to join our distribution center team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining inventory accuracy and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment experience and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately from inventory based on order requirements.
• Pack products securely and prepare shipments for delivery.
• Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy.
• Inspect inventory and materials for quality and physical condition.
• Count, sort, and organize products and supplies.
• Record inventory quantities, product codes, and shipping information.
• Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.
• Support additional warehouse and distribution operations as assigned.

QualificationsRequired

• Previous pick-and-pack, shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move packages regularly.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive movements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
