Role SummaryAs a Surgery Scheduler, you will coordinate appointment timing and patient communication so surgical services run smoothly and accurately. This entry-level, onsite full-time role supports providers and patients by managing schedules, documentation, and pre-visit coordination.

Key responsibilities include scheduling and confirming surgical appointments; collecting and verifying required information; preparing and updating calendars; coordinating with clinical staff on timing and room/resource needs; and maintaining accurate records in accordance with office procedures.

Required qualifications/skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education a plus
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Clear, professional phone and written communication
- Comfort with computer systems and accurate data entry
- Ability to handle multiple priorities while remaining courteous and discreet
