Overview We are seeking a motivated and compassionate monitor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in crisis intervention, social work, or family law issues. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a passion for helping children and families. We are also hiring a therapeutic level monitor at a commensurate hourly rate. Clean driving record is required for all positions. Responsibilities Provide crisis management support to children and families, ensuring that all individuals receive the necessary resources and services to address their needs. Manage conflict situations effectively, utilizing conflict management strategies to maintain a safe and supportive environment. Collaborate with child protective services to ensure that all children are receiving the necessary care and protection. Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that all data is collected and analyzed in compliance with organizational standards. Participate in the development of policies and procedures, staying up-to-date with best practices in the field of child and family services. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience working in supervised visitation, child protective services, family law, or a related field. Proven experience in crisis intervention and crisis management. Strong knowledge of motivational interviewing techniques and their application in a child and family services setting. Ability to work with children and families from diverse backgrounds. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage conflict situations effectively. Experience with family law and child welfare policies and procedures. Certification in crisis intervention or a related field is preferred.
