Were looking for a
Studio Operations Assistant someone whos organized, personable, and proactive, with a no task too small mindset. Youll help our operations run smoothly behind the scenes
and support families with warmth and care on the front end.
This is an entry-level role, with room for serious growth. No prior experience needed. Were looking for attitude, energy, and a willingness to learn.
What Youll Do: - Communicate with parents and families offering support, scheduling assistance, and friendly professionalism at every step.
- Manage data using Google Sheets, forms, and digital trackers to help the team stay organized.
- Assist with day-to-day office operations from printing and labeling to maintaining supplies and organizing spaces.
- Use and learn AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Google Workspace automations) to make communication and systems smarter.
- Support leadership and providers with scheduling, project tracking, and documentation.
- Contribute to special projects, creative tasks, and problem-solving when something new pops up.
- Be the ultimate go-to helper reliable, flexible, and willing to jump in wherever youre needed.
Youre Perfect for This Role If You: - Are a spreadsheet lover you enjoy organizing, color-coding, and finding patterns in data.
- Are tech-friendly and not intimidated by new programs or tools.
