Hours: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $18.00–$20.00+ per hour (DOE)

Work Environment (Important):
This is a non-climate-controlled facility . The building stays very warm year-round due to ovens , especially during summer months.
Candidates must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions .

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklift to unload incoming raw materials.
• Verify paperwork and inspect received materials.
• Receive inventory into ERP system.
• Load and cut sheet material using hydraulic shear.
• Saw and cut extrusion/bar stock to size.
• Issue materials to production jobs in ERP.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organized workspace (5S).

Requirements:

• Ability to read a tape measure to the 1/16th.
• Strong math skills and unit conversions.
• Microsoft Excel experience.
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs with or without assistance.
• Ability to identify metal types, grades, and thicknesses.
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Comfortable working in hot and cold environments.

Preferred Experience:

• Hydraulic shear, table saw, or chop saw operation.
• Forklift operation.
• Following production schedules.
• Knowledge of shop equipment and tools.
• Safety and quality-focused mindset.

Additional Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must meet ITAR U.S. person status requirements.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).

Dress Code:

• Shorts must reach the knee.
• Tennis shoes allowed.
