Job Summary Scaffold E&D Foreman responsible for designing scaffolds, ordering materials, maintaining documentation, coaching and mentoring Lead Carpenters, and supervising scaffold erection and dismantling activities while ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations. Responsibilities Design various types of scaffolds and order the necessary materials to keep workflow moving. Manage all required documentation, including delivery/pick‑up tickets, timesheets, extra work authorizations, safety plans, job safety analysis (JSA) and scaffold inspection checklists. Act as a mentor and coach to Scaffold E&D Lead Carpenters to support their development. Supervise up to three Lead Carpenters, each overseeing a small crew, to erect and dismantle scaffolding under the guidance of the E&D Foreman2 or E&D Supervisor. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations related to scaffolding and ensure scaffold loads are not exceeded. Perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 40pounds or more, and working indoors and outdoors as required. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scaffold E&D Lead Carpenter or equivalent. Valid driver’s license. Ability to work safely at considerable heights. Bilingual is a plus. Strong knowledge of OSHA scaffolding regulations. Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct up to three Lead Carpenters. Preferred: Completed trade school or apprenticeship program. Compensation & Benefits Base pay range: $26.46 – $33.07 per hour, with variation based on location, education, training, and experience.
