Key Benefits Competitive pay for senior and entry‑level positions Recruitment incentives (referral bonuses, etc.) Training and development opportunities (no cost to employees) Employee excellence awards Competitive healthcare programs for you and your family New vehicle fleet with advanced safety features Complimentary meals and beverages at all office and some worksite locations Responsibilities Maintain organization on overall project management directives for rope access inspection projects Assist in scheduling inspection activities related to rope access inspections Ensure federal, state, and company safety policies are followed on every project Report to and work with the Division Manager regarding resources necessary to complete projects in accordance with NVI’s quality program Responsible for overall rope access safe work practices at the work site Designate hazard and safe zones for safety practices Ensure all safe work practices are in place and executable throughout the shift Complete safe work permits and ensure all personnel meet or exceed minimum requirements Inspect all rope equipment prior to work and after each shift concludes Perform LevelI,II, orIII rope access responsibilities when necessary to complete quality services Perform nondestructive testing when necessary to ensure quality services are completed Other assignments noted by the company Qualifications – Required High School Diploma or G.E.D. Valid level1 IRATA or SPRAT certification card Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to pass an MVR evaluation Valid TWIC TSA background identification card Ability to pass fit‑for‑duty testing and drug/alcohol policies/procedures Preferred Qualifications & Experience Nondestructive testing industry credentials and certifications per CP‑189 or SNT‑TC1A written training and certification programs ASNT or ACCP credentials and certifications Industrial radiation safety course completion Company Benefits Full benefits including 401(k) with employer match, health, dental, life, disability, and vision insurance Paid holidays Paid time off after one year of employment #J-18808-Ljbffr
