Job Description

Overview Remote Athlete Support Assistant / Scheduling Coordinator at Evolution Sports Group. This is a remote, full-time position that supports administrative tasks and scheduling for our team of athletes. About the job Remote Responsibilities Coordinate and manage scheduling for athletes, including training sessions, team meetings, and media appearances Communicate with agents, trainers, and other support staff to ensure all scheduling needs are met Maintain accurate and up-to-date schedules for all athletes Assist with administrative tasks such as email management, data entry, and file organization Provide general support to athletes, including booking travel arrangements and managing expenses Monitor and track athlete progress and provide regular updates to the team Assist with event planning and coordination for athlete appearances and promotional opportunities Help maintain a positive and professional relationship with athletes and their families Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services Qualifications Associates or Bachelors Degree in Sports Management, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Business, or a related field 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the sports industry Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Knowledge of scheduling and project management software is a plus Passion for sports and a desire to help athletes succeed Remote work flexibility Opportunities for professional development and growth A dynamic and supportive work environment Additional Details Pay Rate: $50-70 per hour, depending on experience Training Pay: $40 per hour (1-week paid training) Training Bonus: $700 incentive upon completion Work Schedule: Flexible — Full-time (30–40 hrs/week) or Part-time (20 hrs/week) Work Type: 100% Remote (U.S.-based only) Home Office Setup: Company-provided workstation and equipment Growth Opportunities: Internal promotion and career development support #J-18808-Ljbffr
