Job Summary As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will strategically partner with the Operations Manager and client(s) to provide high-level support. As a top RPO service, our part-time team becomes an extension of our client\'s team. To be successful in this role a Recruiting Coordinator must be highly motivated, have a strong work ethic and exceptional organizational skills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist with entry and management of new/open job requisitions Responsible for Reporting to team and clients: Excel, ATS Manage time card entry system Work in a team environment and manage partnerships with many team members, while being held accountable for individual growth targets Utilize a high sense of urgency while working in a results-oriented environment Provide excellent customer service through effective communication Coordinate with Recruiters and Leads to gain a better understanding of clients\' needs Ability to investigate errors and provide solution-based coaching Partner closely with Team Lead for questions, support and process improvement & management Ability to work a Monday through Friday schedule Provide support when coverage of shifts is needed Interviewing and training of new team members Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in related field highly preferred Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in a RPO, Staffing, Recruiting or Human Resources environment Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including solid working knowledge of Excel Superior written and verbal communication skills coupled with highly developed organizational skills Must be able to develop strong working relationships with a customer service focus Ability to plan objectives and provide assistance to others.
