Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist
Kansas City Metro Area | Hybrid Opportunity
$22-$25/hour
AppleOne is actively connecting with experienced Recruiters and Talent Acquisition professionals for several upcoming and immediate openings with clients throughout the Kansas City metro area. These opportunities support growing teams across a variety of industries and offer the chance to work in fast-paced, people-focused environments where relationship building and organization are key.
This is a great opportunity for recruiters who enjoy balancing sourcing, candidate management, and client communication while supporting multiple openings at once.

What we’re looking for:
• 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience
• Experience sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong follow-through
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working with ATS systems, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms
• Agency or corporate recruiting experience welcome
Position details:
• Hybrid opportunities within the Kansas City metro area
• Pay ranging from $22-$25/hour depending on experience and opportunity
• Contract, temp-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities available
• Opportunities may support industries including professional services, healthcare, customer support, technology, logistics, and manufacturing
