Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Miner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating heavy equipment and performing various tasks related to mining operations. This role requires a strong understanding of safety protocols, particularly MSHA regulations, and the ability to work in challenging environments. The Miner will play a crucial role in building and digging operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment including water trucks, skid steer, haul truck and loader machinery to facilitate mining operations.
• Adhere strictly to MSHA safety standards to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with team members on construction site activities, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, minimizing hazards and promoting operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, and mining.
• Familiarity with MSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy loads and working in various weather conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential overtime as needed for project completion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $27.00 per hour

Experience:

• Quarry: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
