Job Title This position resides within the Division of Operations' Bureau of Transportation Services. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Assist with Central Office vehicle pool at Port Vehicle Maintenance Center: dispatch vehicles to employees; fill out & review all paperwork associated with vehicle dispatches and assist with maintaining the vehicle maintenance status board; ensure adequate levels of paperwork are available to support dispatch functions; pick up or deliver vehicles to Central Office or local commercial repair facilities, as needed. Collect and organize daily mileage sheets, review forms for accuracy and enter vehicle mileage in MMS each month. Assist with processing of Port Vehicle Maintenance Center invoices using SFS. Assist with telephone coverage and other various duties, as needed. There are no education or experience qualifications for this position. This is a hourly appointment currently funded through 3/31/2027, with a likelihood of continuing beyond that date. Program needs and funding will determine actual termination date. Must have a valid driver's license or demonstrate the ability to meet the transportation needs of the position.
