Why Work Here?
You join a company that invests in training and cross-training, giving you the opportunity to expand your skills into areas such as glazing and other related trades. The organization offers a contract-to-hire structure, with employees typically becoming permanent and often receiving a salary increase when brought on full-time, without overpromising outcomes. You work with a supportive management team that takes care of staff and dedicates time to coaching and development. The culture includes regular team events, such as monthly barbecues, fostering a collaborative and friendly atmosphere. Overtime opportunities are available for those who want to increase their earnings and gain additional experience.

There is currently a high volume of work, and you may be asked to work 10-hour days and some Saturdays, providing significant overtime opportunities.
