Your Role:

In the heart of our mission, our Physical Therapists play a vital role in helping residents improve mobility, strength, and functional ability. The Stellar way is characterized by compassion, professionalism, and a commitment to individualized care. Your duties will include:

• Evaluate Residents’ Physical Function and Develop Individualized Treatment Plans
• Provide Therapeutic Exercises and Interventions to Improve Mobility, Strength, and Balance
• Assist Residents with Gait Training, Transfers, and Use of Assistive Devices
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team Members to Ensure Holistic Care
• Educate Residents and Families on Therapy Goals, Safety, and Progress
• Maintain Accurate and Timely Documentation in Compliance with Regulations
• Monitor and Adjust Treatment Plans Based on Resident Progress

Qualifications:

• Current Physical Therapist License in Good Standing
• Degree from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Strong Clinical, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to Work Effectively Both as a Team and Independently
• Commitment to Delivering High-Quality, Resident-Centered Care
• A Genuine Passion for Helping Seniors Improve Mobility and Independence
