What You’ll Be Doing Maintain weekly mow, edge, and trim routes for commercial and residential accounts Perform weeding, pruning, and general bed maintenance Assist in accurately recording completed work using a tablet or digital system Help with routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment and tools Work closely with your crew to complete jobs safely and efficiently What We’re Looking For At least 3 years of experience in lawn maintenance or similar outdoor work Experience using commercial mowers, aerators, de‑thatchers, string trimmers, and related equipment A valid driver’s license Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Health Card Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and follow direction What You’ll Get Health insurance Retirement plan Paid time off Bonuses and training incentives Annual merit reviews Opportunities for advancement and long-term growth #J-18808-Ljbffr
