Job Overview Landscape East & West is a full-service, award-winning, eco-friendly, customer-focused landscape contractor. We are seeking Crew Members for residential landscape maintenance at our Clackamas location. Candidates must be 18 years or older. Responsibilities Perform all aspects of landscape care on assigned route: mowing, edging, hand pruning, shearing, weeding, raking, leaf clean-up, irrigation, fertilizer application, and other duties as required by contract. Operate various maintenance equipment safely (mowers, edgers, blowers, hedge trimmers, pruners, hand tools). Occasionally work with the enhancement team on clean-ups, plantings, and small landscape construction projects. If hired as a driver: operate the assigned company vehicle and trailer. Requirements Preferred: 1 year of landscape maintenance or outdoor work experience. Hard worker with the ability to lift 50 lbs and maneuver through client property with equipment. Valid driver’s license (required if hired as a driver).
