BSA Hospitalist Group, a team of approximately 40 providers, is searching for a new team member. Our group of  BC/BE internal medicine and family medicine physicians and APPs have extensive practice experience, excellent teamwork, and a highly collaborative approach to serving patients and providers throughout the Texas Panhandle and the Tri-State region.

About Your Position:

• BSA Hospital is a 450-bed acute care hospital with extensive service lines
• CMS rates BSA with 4 stars for patient experience
• Preferred health system in the market
• Complete nocturnal admitting assistance is provided by the Texas Tech Family Medicine Residency program.
• The schedule is 7 days on/ 7 days off
• Additional Nocturnist pay incentive and Quality and Productivity bonus opportunity
• Smart Technology:   See more patients without extending your day. Our providers use  Epic EMR and  Ambience AI scribe technology to automate documentation, reduce administrative burden, improve patient flow, and ensure accurate coding—leading to better work-life balance and revenue.
