We are looking for a professional, polished, and organized full-time receptionist with prior salon experience to join our growing team. Responsibilities * Greet and check in clients with professionalism and warmth * Answer phones and schedule appointments * Manage salon booking software and daily calendar * Support stylists and maintain front desk organization * Handle client questions, payments, and retail transaction * Keep the reception and waiting area clean and presentable * Help maintain salon cleanliness, including taking out trash, tidying stations, and keeping common areas clean throughout the day * Assist with social media content and client communication when needed * Shampoo clients' hair as needed to assist stylists and support salon operations Requirements * Must have previous experience working in a hair salon or beauty industry setting * Strong customer service and communication skills * Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented * Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment * Professional appearance and positive attitude * Experience with salon scheduling systems preferred Position Details * Part-time position * Competitive pay based on experience * Weekends required * Opportunity to grow with a new luxury salon brand We are looking for someone who is passionate about beauty, client care, and creating an elevated salon experience!
