  • Coordinate logistics for smaller regional events, workshops, speaking engagements, and advisor gatherings throughout the year
  • Support the founder’s public speaking engagements by coordinating logistics, venues, travel, and event setup
  • Partner with leadership to align events with business goals, advisor engagement, and educational objectives
  • Manage vendor relationships, venues, travel arrangements, and event budgets
  • Oversee event timelines, communications, and project plans to ensure flawless execution
  • Track toward KPIs and analyze event performance and attendee feedback to continuously improve future events
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all event-related operations and advisor event experiences
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support event promotion and occasional light marketing tasks, such as coordinating content, managing communications, or assisting with tools like Canva

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in event management, conference planning, or experiential marketing
  • Bachelors degree
  • Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously with strong attention to detail
  • Experience planning both virtual and in-person events, including large-scale conferences
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company environment
  • Comfort using modern tools, technology, and AI to improve workflows and efficiency
  • Experience working with professional services, financial services, or conference-driven industries is a plus
  • Familiarity with event management tools, CRM platforms, virtual event software, and design tools such as Canva is helpful
  • A self-starter who can work independently

Travel Requirements

  • This role may require up to 20% travel to support conferences, regional events, and speaking engagements.

Why This Role

  • Join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial company with strong leadership and vision
  • Own and lead high-visibility events that directly support business growth
  • Work directly with the founder and leadership team in a highly collaborative environment
  • Opportunity to grow into senior leadership as the company continues to expand
