Role Overview Electronic Repair Technician – Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic circuit boards used in textile spinning and twisting machinery. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair electronic circuit board failures at the component level, including replacing resistors, capacitors, ICs, relays, and power devices. Perform intermediate-to-advanced soldering and desoldering for both surface-mount (SMT) and through‑hole components. Read and interpret electronic schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation. Use multimeters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators to troubleshoot and confirm functionality. Conduct functional testing and quality inspections to ensure boards meet performance standards before return to service. Log repair records, track component inventory, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. Qualifications Associate degree or technical certification in electronics technology (or equivalent experience). Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in electronic repair, PCB troubleshooting, or industrial equipment maintenance. Strong component‑level diagnostic skills and proficiency in SMT/through‑hole soldering. Excellent schematic literacy and the ability to read technical schematics. Familiarity with industrial control systems, motor drives, power supplies, or inverters is a plus. Attention to detail, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additional skills: electronic maintenance, mechanical maintenance, inspection, blueprint reading, product inspection, engineering. Benefits & Compensation Salary: $21 – $23 per hour. Shift: First shift. Work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM. Hourly / Non‑Exempt. Education required: Associate degree or equivalent.
