JOB REQUIREMENTS: You must be at least 21 years old and meet one of the
following: Associate Degree or higher in a health related field, OR At least two years of experience working with older adults or individuals with disabilities \_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\_ Oversee daily operations of an adult day services program Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff and volunteers Mentor and orient new employees Support clients directly when needed Build positive relationships with participants\' families Maintain program policies and procedures (with board approval) Manage budgets and work closely with the bookkeeper on payroll and bills Collaborate with the PPADS Board of Directors Direct, supervise and evaluate work activities of medical, nursing, technical, clerical, service, maintenance, and other personnel. Plan, implement, and administer programs and services in a health care or medical facility, including personnel administration, training, and coordination of medical, nursing and physical plant staff. Establish work schedules and assignments for staff, according to workload, space, and equipment availability. Direct or conduct recruitment, hiring, and training of personnel. Develop and implement organizational policies and procedures for the facility or medical unit.
