In this role, you will support attorneys handling a wide range of matters related to fund formation and operations, trading activity, treasury functions, and broader corporate initiatives. This position offers meaningful exposure across the business and serves as a central point of coordination among legal, investor relations, marketing, compliance, finance, and accounting teams. The successful candidate will contribute to both ongoing workflows and firmwide projects, playing an active role in managing corporate entities, supporting regulatory processes, assisting with investor communications, and facilitating board and governance activities.
