Daily Responsibilities: Provide Daily Log, RFIs, etc. Coordinate and Supervise Subcontractors,Vendors as well as our own crews Schedule Deputy and Building Inspections Onsite Coordination of material delivery and receipt Review Shop Drawings and Submittals for conformance with plans Conduct Weekly Site and Safety Meetings/OSHA Compliance Interface with Client, Architect, and other Consulting Professionals Required Skills: Commercial Construction experience Ability to read and understand Architectural, Structural, Civil, and MEP Plans Hands-on knowledge of various trades Effective communication skills to drive project schedules Management experience in running crews of men and materials Nice to Have Skills: Experience with Change Orders and Punch Lists Knowledge of Construction Management software like Procore Contract Writing and Report Generation abilities OSHA 30 Certification, First Aid Estimating and Cost Management expertise Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary ranging from $76,480 to $125,390, along with Health Insurance, 401(k) options, Vacation and Sick Leave benefits.
