Job Description
Community Support Worker (CSW) plays a crucial role in improving the quality of life for diverse clients including homeless individuals, mental health clients, those in substance abuse recovery, and general community members. This position involves direct, mostly in-person, client interaction to assess needs, provide advocacy, and support goal achievement. The CSW also coordinates regularly with external agencies to ensure comprehensive care and effectively manages a low caseload of 10-15 clients.
