SUMMARY OF JOB
The Clinical Assistant performs clinical duties and administrative tasks in medical offices, under the direction of Redeemer Health Physician and Ambulatory Services clinicians. Responsible for creating an exceptional experience during each patient encounter by providing a warm welcome, a fond farewell, and by delivering competent , compassionate clinical care as appropriate by specialty; and, for effective communication and interactions with other members of the care team.

RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS
Graduate from an accredited college or technical school for: Medical Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant, Phlebotomist, Home Health Aide, or other Allied Health training or equivalent medical office or clinical experience and/or education such as a nursing or medical student.
All candidates must excel in delivering a positive patient experience, critical thinking skills, and have excellent communication (both written and oral) skills.
