Position Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team in Philadelphia, PA. This entry-level position is ideal for recent CNA program graduates with a valid CNA license. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
• Measure and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in patient rooms and common areas.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare staff to ensure patient comfort and satisfaction.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
• Support nursing staff with tasks as needed to enhance overall patient care.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate of a Certified Nursing Assistant program.
• Active CNA license in Pennsylvania.
• Basic knowledge of patient care and healthcare procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate, reliable, and eager to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous volunteer or internship experience in a healthcare setting is a plus but not required.
