Responsibilities The role involves providing insights that assist the Mainframe Software Division in making informed decisions and presenting these insights to executive leadership. This includes analyzing trends to identify financial and market patterns, examining customer behavior, and assessing operational efficiency. The insights gathered will contribute to the creation of quarterly executive presentations and strategic plans designed to enhance business performance and maintain a competitive edge. Clearly share analysis findings and summarize key opportunities for the executive team. Prepare quarterly and annual financial analysis presentations for the executive leadership team, including red notes. Develop charts and visual aids to support organizational decision‑making. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support their business needs while promoting standardization. Manage analysis workstreams by structuring the approach, determining required resources, and establishing an execution timeline while coordinating with various internal clients. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns within field datasets. Generate actionable business insights. Work with product teams to incorporate customer insights into the product development cycle. Partner with data analysts to utilize analytic tools for deeper insights from customer data. Engage with key stakeholders across internal organizations and build relationships with external stakeholders to achieve specific goals and objectives. Identify, document, and implement new business process improvements. Make recommendations for changes to operational policies and procedures. Collaborate with customers, finance, and other internal functions to support the coordination of fiscal year planning, attainment setting, and business readiness processes. Work together to provide revenue support, including pipeline analysis. Collaborate with business stakeholders and departments on reporting initiatives: Enhance and maintain a core set of standard reports that satisfy business needs. Produce regular reports on a mutually agreed‑upon schedule. Support analysis projects aimed at understanding and solving business challenges. Typical Role Definition A senior‑level professional role. Qualifications Preferred Education: Bachelors and 8+ years of related experience; postgraduate coursework may be desirable or Masters degree and 6+ years of related experience. Compensation and Benefits Annual base salary range: $90,000 – $144,000. Discretionary annual bonus and equity in accordance with plan documents and agreements.
