To build and grow the audience for the Masters of Scale Summit and other experiences, the full-time remote Audience and Events Marketing Manager will manage attendee journeys, execute marketing campaigns, and enhance attendee experiences through strategic outreach and community development. Key responsibilities Develop and grow the Summit audience through outreach, partnerships, and targeted marketing campaigns Own the Summit marketing calendar, executing integrated campaigns across various channels and tracking performance metrics Manage attendee communications throughout the event lifecycle, ensuring a premium experience and gathering feedback for future improvements Required qualifications 6+ years of experience in audience development, event marketing, or community building, preferably in media or entertainment Proven ability to drive event registration through strategic partnerships and data-informed marketing Expertise in HubSpot and CRM strategy, including workflow automation and campaign optimization Strong editorial and copywriting skills for crafting audience-appropriate messaging Exceptional organizational skills with experience managing complex projects and stakeholder communications
