Assembly Technician – 2nd & 3rd Shift

Manufacturing | Full‑Time

We are currently hiring Assembly Workers for both 2nd and 3rd shift to support hands‑on production in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals looking to gain experience in manufacturing, build long‑term skills, and work consistent off‑shift schedules.

Job Summary:

As an Assembly Worker, you will be responsible for manually assembling automotive components while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and productivity. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail‑oriented, reliable, and comfortable with repetitive, hands‑on work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hand‑assemble automotive parts and components following standardized work instructions
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks using manual tools and fixtures
• Inspect parts during the assembly process to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations
• Follow all safety, quality, and production requirements
• Meet production goals while maintaining attention to detail
• Communicate defects, issues, or concerns to team leads or supervisors

Qualifications:

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred (automotive experience a plus)
• Strong hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs as required
• Basic understanding of safety and quality procedures
• Reliable attendance, especially for off‑shift schedules
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.35 - $19.35/hr.
